What is the name of a cow that has a black front and back with a white thick stripe in the middle?

I saw this cow while traveling either through PA or VA. There was a herd of them off of Interstate 83. I have never seen this type of cow before. it is possible that the center stripe that went around the cow could have been tan,

    No, the belt is normally white.
