A chiropractor (D.C.) mostly does spinal adjustments, but can also combine it with nutrition, herbs and similar remedies.

There are also acupuncturists, physical therapists, nutritionists, homeopaths, and other types of natural healing. These people are usually not legally recognized as "doctors" although they might be great in helping certain kinds of health issues.

Those are some of the main types of doctors who do natural healing, at least in the US. The kind of doctor to see almost always depends on what the health issue is. For example, if you have lower back pain, you would usually see an osteopath or chiropractor, not a nutritionist.
