What is the name of that great danish pastry that has almond paste in it?

I went to the Tulip festival in Holland Michigan a few years back and it was sold all over the place. Anyone have a recipe for it?

It's called a Dutch Stuffer. They make them just for gullible tourists. All you do is take a biscuit and put almond paste in it and call it a Dutch Stuffer! easy!
