What is the name of that hotel chain that is really basic and it's painted orange?

I think they have them in London and Tokyo, maybe Switzerland or some other places. It's just a bed and alarm clock basically. No TV. And it's called something simple like "La Hotel" or something.

Could also be Formula 1 hotels; they're yellow though, buit you'll find them all over the place in europe.

1 double bed and one single bed in each room, with a tv and a sink.
