What is the name of that popular pub in Oxford that celebrates St. Patricks day as early as 6 am?

when i stayed there in oxford, there was this place this person told me that they celebrate there as early as 6 in the morning and it gets loud and i think they have some kind of street singing /bands playing or something like that. i did not go there to that palce i just saw the outside but i forgot the name of it. does anyone know??
