What is the name of that really good pitching prospect in the minor leagues that I'm thinking about?

I believe he's in double-A and is one of only a few guys with a good amount of IP's to have more K's than IP's. If I saw his name I would know.

  1. No one does, because the info is really bad. Most teams with a good pitcher has more K's than IP's.
