What is the name of that toy that has a little magnetic wheel that runs off the two curved wires attached to a handle?

I recall this toy was around when I was a kid and saw it in an episode of THAT 70S SHOW were the stonned kids were freaking out that the wheel would fall off.

What a great toy...my brother and I each had one when we were little. We kept them at our oma and opa's house. Sadly, they were discarded when my oma and opa were placed in an adult prison (nursing home) by my uncle who had power of attorney. Rest your souls, oma and opa, I will never forget you.
