  1. It's called Harry Potter and the Gabbing Ghouls of Guam.

Seriously, there is no "8th Potter Book." The sign you saw may have been referring to the newest book by JK called "Tales of Beedle te Bard." It was mentioned in HP7, Dumbledore leaves it to Hermione in his will. It's a collection of wizard fairy tales, similar to our own 'muggle' collection of Grimms' fairy tales.

She says she won't be writing any more HP books. She says she'll be doing a Wizard encyclopedia. If he does return to the magical world, it would be to tell someone else's story, not Harry's.

You can preorder Tales of Beedle the Bard at Amazon.com; they have a special edition for $100 and a regular standard edition for somewhere around $12. BTW, only Amazon has the special edition; Barnes and Noble, and Borders only have the standard. All proceeds go to charity.

  2. There is no 8th Harry Potter book and there probably won't be.

She is, however, writing a Harry Potter encyclopedia.

She also has some Harry Potter supplementary works, such as: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Quidditch Through the Ages, the Tales of Beedle the Bard, and an untitled Harry Potter prequel.

  3. there sis none!! But JK Rowling put out a book thats is in Harry potter. The tales of beatle the bard. Or something.

  4. it's the Beetle the Beerd the children books of harry potter world

  5. Harry Potter and the non-existant 8th book.

J.K.'s new book however is called

'The Tales of Beedle the Bard'

  6. iwish! its the tales of beetle and the bard something lyk tht

    i miss hp lol

  7. hee hee!  There is no 8th book silly! You must be thinking of The Tales of Beedle the Bard. That is her new book and it is fairy tales for wizards like Cinderella is a fairy tale for "muggles". It was mentioned in the 7th book (it was the book Dumbledore left for Hermoine after he died). The book features notes on the side from Dumbledore himself. =)

EDIT: By the way Aly....all the money that is made from the book goes to charity, not to JK Rowling.
