I cant remember the name and I want to download their music or buy it somewhere. They were 3 guys, two light skinned guys one with big hair (lol) in a pony tail and then a dark skinned guy.

they were at the festival and performed a couple songs on the stage "Planeta Wrigley"

I think it was Optimo. I only know one bacaha group with three members and all three members fit your description but I did not see what the line up was for the parade so I can not be sure. I put their myspace so you can see if that is whooyou are looking for
