In my view, the best exponent of  contemporary econometric theory, comes from Polish economist, Michael Kaleccki. For a while was a contemporary of Keynes, but until his death. Lol a lot economists  have studied the mathematical applications that come from his theory,  mainly, underdeveloped countries. Also there are different opinions, that think that he  was another follower of the current neo marxist.
