Jim B is right, I used to live at Bathurst and Wilson (8 yrs) and very highly Jewish populated area, it was North York for years, but since amalgamation it all Toronto until you hit Steeles, along Bathurst from St Clair to Finch you will find the majority of synagogues and Jewish businesses, but Forest Hill and Rosedale have there share of Jewish people, it is not a segregated issues here, everyone lives where they choose.


  2. Although there are Jews who live all over the city of Toronto, there is a cluster of Orthodox Jews , who live along Bathurst Street, north of Eglinton Avenue. Most of the synagogs are located on or near that street.
