What is the name of the book/Author....HELP!?

Okay so I read this great romance book that was full of suspense. It's about this lady who is a teacher and this guy who is a big hollywood actor. Anyway the hollywood actor is accused of murder even though he's innocent and he ends up kidnapping the teacher. Long story short they fall in love and the teacher ends up helping the actor to proove his innocence. It's one of those romance authors like Judith McNaught, Heather Graham, but I would really love to know b/c I LOVE that book. THANKS!!! :)
