I am sure it is a popular bridge in England, not a made up bridge because Bench also have a similar t shirt but with Wembley's arch. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Since Bench market's this t-shirt as "Bridge t-Shirt" it might be an idealized bridge. There's a list of bridges in the source. Maybe you can find it.

I would have thought it was the Tyne Bridge between Newcastle and Gateshead as well
