What is the name of the cable i need?

I need a cable that has one pin at one end to plug into my TV (mono) but two at the other end to plug into left/right speakers.

Whats the name of this cable? Im having trouble finding what I need.

if so it may be a mono to stereo audio patch cable or

single to dual audio patch cable
