What is the name of the german band featured in a magazine?

I don't remember the name of this band, but they were in a magazine. It was like, if you like this person, then you'll like him. I think it said, if you like Gerard Way, then you'll like {the leader of this german band}. Or maybe it was Pete Wentz. I don't remember. If you can tell me the name, that would be great!

It might of been TOKIO HOTEL! The best band to ever walk this earth :)

They are similar to Fall Out Boy more then My Chemical Romance.
