What is the name of the japanese puzzle where you fill spaces represented by numbers on the edge?

the Japanese puzzle, with a grid where you need to fill spaces, you do that by reading the numbers outside the grid, I'd like to know the name of it please, and I remember an amazing site dedicated to those puzzles, named the same way.... If anybody knows, thanks a lot
