Yes it is only powered by air, not hydrogen, methane, propane, diesel or gasoline. Hint: It currently isn't in production in the US. It is a sub compact yet roomy. The US automakers and fuel companies can't figure out how they can make any money off of it, yet!

The car itself puts out no pollutants, but the factory that compresses the air needs energy. This energy usually comes from coal.

It is just like the electric car in that it just transfers pollution from the car to its source of its power. I guess rubber band power will be the next "Green" car.
