the first triangle is faced with its point up, the second with it's point down, and the third with it's point up which all our connected and it is white.?

It looks like Asendin, which is another name for a type of Elavil. This med. is for depression and anxiety. It is one of the older meds. My sister takes it. Look up on line and put in Asendin and see if it looks like that. this one is white 25mg and looks like what you described.
