What is the name of the plastic thing that is put into electronic 12 volt places in a car?

There are some small plastic things which you put into the 12-volt things in a car to protect it from things getting in it?

By the way this is a non-electronic thing you put on, just for protection.

12V outlet cover

Sometimes it is not a cover, but it is itself a cigarette lighter, depends on the car.  If you need one, go to a car-parts store.
