What is the name of the pointe shoe for beginners? Soft pointe or something like that? Please help ;O)?

It's not for going up on pointe but rather to get used to wearing the shoe?

try capezio or bloch pointe shoes

they both have soft boxes in them for beginners

and don't forget gel pads for your toes

Bloch & Sansha brand manufacturers call it a "demi-pointe", or half-pointe.  It is designed to get you used to balancing on a narrower sole, with the hard toe, so when you are working all the time in pointes, your feet will be used to it.
