What is the name of the popular soccer/baseball cleat style shoe in europe?

I just got back from Europe, Barcelona specifically, and almost every guy was wearing these cleat looking shoes. They seem to hug your feet pretty well.

I don't see these style of shoes at all in America. I was going to buy some in barcelona, but they either didn't have the color I wanted or my size.

So, what is the name of the style of shoe and how can I get it in the US?
