  4. it used to be centre, and alot still teach that.... but with all the new technology in sports training now.... they are saying its around an inch and a half above centre... and thats where the professionals are starting to go for......

    thats for power by the way..... the spot on the racket depends on the shot some times..... im talking serves, straight fore hands, back hands
