  1. Sounds like Whitelocks to me.

    Turks Head Yard, LS1 6HB

  2. Probably Whitelocks yeah! there are many little pubs down the alleys on Briggate, Whitelocks is near the bottom down the alley opposite Zara, I love it there, especially in Summer.

Tims Dad- You can eat there?!

  3. It used to be called Barney's when I was there... it's got an entrance in Swan Street, between Briggate and Lands Lane, and another entrance near the main door at the City Varieties theatre on the Headrow (where they filmed The Good Old Days). I believe the pub used to be known as The White Swan, in the dim and distant.

    Whitelock's is further down Briggate.

  4. Sounds like Whitelocks to me but if you want to check have a look at the pictures on their website

  5. WHAT has this to do with "dining out"?

  6. Yes it is Whitelocks...a bit of a Leeds institution...has a great Victorian Interior with some outstanding tiling...the food is great and served in hearty portions...nice pies, no poncy food and good beer as well, but it gets very busy at Lunchtime.

  7. Maybe they want to eat there?
