  1. I think it's Lake Powell. I've seen a few news stories about how it's experimenting w/ water flow & stuff. The drought has Lake Powell leaving quite a few bathtub rings.

  2. Lake Powell Reservoir.

"Glen Canyon Dam, completed in 1963, dammed the free flowing Colorado River and created Lake Powell reservoir. ..."

"Lake Powell is a man-made reservoir on the Colorado River, straddling the border between Utah and Arizona. ..."

  3. Lake Powell

  4. it is Lake Powell.

While is flooded canyons, and covered archaeological sites, and has affected the Grand Canyon ecosystem by cutting the flow of water and flooding, Glen Canyon Dam has created a power source (hydroelectricity comes from the dam) and also a lake which stores water for farming and other uses, and a lake that provides a water recreation site.
