  1. Condoleezza Rice is the US Secretary of State.  Each state has their own Secretary of State as well.

    The Electoral College is how we elected the President of the United States.  Each state has representatives in the Electoral College.  When we vote, we are basically asking our reps to cast our State's allotted electoral votes for the guy we want for President.  As recent history has shown, winning the popular vote (where more Americans vote for you than the other guy) does not mean you will be President.

    I'm not familiar with the term "heabo copus".....maybe you mean "habeas corpus"?  Habeaus corpus is a legal tool.  I don't know a great deal about that subject!

  3. The Electoral College is the system we use to elect our president. It's antiquated and should really be changed to a popular vote.....
