What is the name of the spanish art that uses brightly colored yarn?

its usually has a black background and it uses really bright yarn to make designs on the background. its like shaped like fish, turtles and other things.

does anyone know what that is called?

I don'y know the name of actual art. However I own many postcards that are  made in that art form. These cards were made in the 1950's and on the back of them is printed :

     1.V.Martinez - Madrid

      2. Ediciones Dominguez

Using that info in a search engine in Spain will give you the answer.
