What is the name of the sushi side dish with thin, sweet batter wrapped around rice?

This has always been one of my favorite foods and I've always wanted to prepare it myself, however, I can't possibly find a recipe because I can't find the name!

The dish itself is composed of a small handful or so of rice, around which has been wrapped a brown thin, sweet batter "pocket". The "pocket" is moist, lightly sweet, and tastes vaguely of vinegar. The whole thing is shaped to be rectangular, with the middle being the thickest part and tapering off to be thin at the edges.

I have only had this dish served to me as a side when I order sushi/sashimi.

If anyone knows what this is and could enlighten me, I'd greatly appreciate it.
