What is the name of the toy found in doctors waiting rooms?

This toy is found in doctor and dentist offices, it has a wooden base, coloured metal loops and coloured balls that go up and down and around on the metal pieces? Thanks

i dont know what its called, but if you want to buy them ask the doctor or someone. i've also seen them in the library and i think you can buy them at the salvation army

I know exactly what your talking about. they dont have any specific name...... at least I dont think. They're in my kids doctors officer too.
