I have this tree in my yard and I am curious as to what its name is. The tree is about 20 feet tall and has an ample amount of orange berries on it. I did some research and the closest thing I could come up with was a Pyracantha -Lalandei or I think it’s also known as a firethorn. I don’t think that it’s a firethorn because there are no sharp hidden thorns on them.

  1. If the tree had whitesh flowers and now clusters of orange berries I believe it might be a Mountain Ash, also known as a Rowan or Roan tree.

       Pyrus aucuparia.

  2. It might be on this list

  3. I have a pyracantha in my yard in north FL, which I initially assumed was a Southeast US native yaupon holly when I moved in.  Yaupon holly doesn't have thorns like pyracantha although some of the branches are short and pointed.  Both plants are about the same size and are evergreen.
