What is the name of the tv show from the 90's about 3 people who see ghosts & have to help them?

I used to watch it and loved it, but can't remember the name of it! It was about these 3 people, I believe they were young, maybe teenagers. They could see ghosts, and had to help them so they could move on. Any help?

I think it was earlier than the 90's but it sounds a bit like Round the Twist,  It was an Australian show i remember it used to scare the life out of my little brother.

Could it be Rentaghost? I used to love that show as a kid!!!

Was it maybe The Ghost Hunter? It had an evil ghost catcher in it called Mrs Croker who my kids found really scary!
