I have seen it everywhere and heard a while ago what it was and cannot remember. Do anyone know what it is and where it originated?

  1. This question would be more easily answered if you indicated where you live.

One of the most typical culprits of this is English Ivy. It was brought overseas because it is pretty on the side of houses, and for "Ivy League" schools.

There are other culprits as well, such as Japanese Hops, Madeira Vine...

Again, because I don't know where you live I can't answer. In my source list, I've included some links that may help you to locate it.

    Hope that helps.

  2. You are probably thinking of the kudzu vine.  It's scientific name is Pueraria lobata or Pueraria thunbergiana, depending on the source.  It grows extremely fast and totally covers abandoned cars, telephone poles, and small buildings.

Here are the results of a Google Images search for kudzu.  There are many examples of how invasive it is.

  3. could be Wisteria

  4. What you see depends upon where you live - Europe? USA? Canada?

We can't tell you if we don't know where you are.

  5. Are the leaves simple or compound (made up of leaflets)?

If simple, it could be English ivy (http://www.nyboricua.com/images/House%20... ) or even bougainvillea (http://www.flickr.com/photos/11738784@N0... ) if you lived in the right area (tropical).

If compound in 3s, it could be poison ivy (http://westendpediatrics.com/whatsnew/im... ) or kudzu (http://stephenville.tamu.edu/~butler/for... ), if in 5s, Virginia creeper (http://www.pittstate.edu/herbarium/woody... ), or if there are more leaflets per leaf, Trumpet vine (http://www.flickr.com/photos/dogs-hope/1... ) or wisteria (http://www.flickr.com/photos/20414118@N0... ).

  6. Is it poison ivy? Coz  usually poison ivy grows on buildings that where abandoned as well to an old house made of bricks, there's a lot of it....

hope i'd shaREd it with you..
