What is the name of the walled city just north of Rome Italy that starts with a V?

I know it doesn't start with a V but the Walled City of Orvieto is just north or Rome.  Going to be there in a couple of weeks.

I don't think you mean Vatican CIty...so either Viterbo, which is about 45 miles North North West of Rome or maybe Veii -- which is really just the ruins of a large Etruscan City most of the walls have crumbled.  Viterbo is a living medieval town surrounded by intact walls.

I think you might be thinking of Viterbo, which is a beautiful town to the north of Rome. Absolutely worth a visit!
