I was recently sent an e-mail quoting Jay Leno on his alleged criticism of people for their dissatisfaction or unhappiness with the Administration regarding the state of the economy, the war in Iraq, increased gas and food prices, and the condition of life in general. I wonder if he really wrote those opinions or not. How can I verify the quote?

  1. At Washington Post.com there's an entry called Fact Checker.  It is likely what you are looking for.

  2. snopes.com is a great web site and I put it on my favorites list.  However, it is not updated daily so some other sites have to be accessed.  I would suggest looking at web news sites and look for polls.

  3. snopes.com

  4. it is called

    snopes.com

    IT IS NOT CALLED

    snoopes.com

so make sure there is only one "o."

and they verify other sites and stuff so you can tell if things are authentic or just not true

so if you want to verify that quote, just go to snopes.com
