What is the name of this Greek sweet with vanilla flavour?

Hi,

Many years ago, I tried a sweet/desert from Greece which was delicious, and I do not know what it is called. It is white, kind of chewy/fluffy and with vanilla flavour.

Any ideas what this might be?

It might be what we call in the US "Turkish Delight". You can get them with nuts or without.

Galactoborika... I believe that is how one spells it... Any ways, its a vanilla custard that is baked with a layer of phyllo dough on the top and bottom.  It's delish!
