What is the name of this South American cartoon character?

While I was in Chile, I kept seeing a cartoon character with a name like Pasquelina. She was probably a teenager. I'm not sure if she was on TV, but I saw a lot of notebooks, characters, stickers, etc. with her picture on them. While I have found these products online before, I am unable to find them again, so I must be spelling the name incorrectly. Does anyone have any ideas?

There's one called periquita, but she's a little girl instead of a teenager.
