What is the name of this animation tv series (3-D),?

Around 10 years ago there was a animation tv series. It is regarding of planets built with own engine and weapons. Each planet made out of elements like fire, water(amphibian frogs), stone(main heroes planet), robots, and so on. Same goes for the heroes. They have common enemy. This enemy is powerful, with invisible ships, and their weapon is that their planet can devour other planet.

I tried to find it in googles but failed, hoping u guys can tell me the title of the anime.

It wasn't Shadow Riders, it was Shadow Raiders. It was made by Mainframe, the guys who made Reboot.

Shadow Riders , perhaps . It used to be at ADV but I could not find it !Good luck .
