What is the name of this anime involving a secret society of demon hunters led by a woman with glasses?

I know it was on Sci-Fi Channel late night for awhile, but I can't remember the title. It's about a group of people who hunt these demons or something, and they're led by a woman who wears glasses and has supernatural powers herself. I know one of the protagonists lives with his sister, and another has a relative in the hospital.
