Okay, I remember watching it as a little kid in Japan.

So theres a guy who's a really big loser,

And theres this round blueish-whitish creature that can pull out magic devices from his pocket.

I missed it so much, want to watch it <3

Also, the main charactors are

The loser, the creature with the pocket, a fat mean guy, a skinny mean guy with a weird face, and a pretty girl that everyone likes.

Also their moms beat them up :P
