What is the name of this anime that was played on cartoon network...?

I cant remember the name and its been driving me crazy but i remember some of what it was about. It involved some sort of school for fighters with spiritual powers. There was a tiny little chibi girl that turns into a tall, barely clothed ninja; there was a girl that was in love with the main character, but another character liked that girl so fights broke out between them (one specifically is in the lunch room and the main character uses a lunch prepared by the girl to get a cheap shot on the other guy...kind of a odd memory to have of the show, but any help would be greatly appreciated

I think you are mixing them up...I don't remember any girl growing up into powerful fighters(except powerpuff) and the romance and nudeness just isn't CN...

i think ur talkin bout blood plus ( its actually a lil plus sign but i dnt have that on my keyboard lol) or it kinda sounds like naruto but im not sure cuz it sounds a lil mixed up and ive basically seen every anime that comes on cartoon network
