What is the name of this asian cuisine that you drink with lemon tea??

Most Asian countries drink tea.  In India, black tea is favored where as in other Asian countries such as China, Japan, Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia..... other varieties such as green tea, jasmine tea, oolong tea.... are preferred.  There is a variety of lemongrass tea favored in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand....

Not really sure Asian cuisine has much lemon tea.  Can't think of it anyways.
