What is the name of this bird?

There is a bird that is kinda like a mini parrot.. but its found in cali. The name of it is pacific something.... but i cant figure out the rest of the name..

Proably a Pacific parrotlet.  Google the name check out there pics and go from there.

Could it be a Pacific Parrotlet? They're small birds, with a very short tail; they are grass-green in color with a spring-green belly and matching streaks around the eyes, and blue on the tail. I'm sure you can find some in pet stores in California, and some feral populations may exist there, but they aren't a native species.

Pacific parrotlet?  They are indigenous to Central and South America and now bred as pets.  They aren't native to California.

There are no native parrot like birds found in California.  Sure, we have some parrots that have formed wild populations, but all these were formed from escaped pets. There is a bird called the Pacific-slope Flycatcher, but it is not parrot like at all.
