What is the name of this community in Georgia? ?

Around 2005, I read in NewYork Times Magazine this great story of how some people outside of Atlanta were building a town, complete with bakery, homes, stores, etc. There was a fancy website that showed their progress, and it was really cool.

I recall the website had a bee or butterfly on the homepage, and they also were marketing the place as a convention center and place for weddings and keeping horses.

Now that I live on the East Coast, I'd like to check it out again and possible visit.

Anyone know what it might be called?

The town you are thinking of is Peachtree City GA in Fayetteville GA.  It was the town that boasts miles of golf cart paths and how each home came with a golf cart.  Due to the declining airline industry the area has taken a hit.  but it is still a nice place to live but to visit theres nothing special

I know about 2005 or so my family sold land just north of Atlanta (Cumming, GA) to a project called Vickery Village. It has upscale reaI estate and has its own town its growing more. and more The only problem is that it doesn't have a bee or butterfly on the homepage. http://www.vickeryvillage.com/

Like the first person said it sounds like Chateau Elan too. Its a Winery, Spa, and Sudivison off of I 85 exit 126.
