Question:

What is the name of this fruit?

I don't know what it's called but they're red when mature, and yellow/orange when they're growing. They're like the size of blueberries, but don't look like them. They're rough all around and...scaley?

This is the mock strawberry or Indian strawberry.  Its scientific name is Duchesnea indica.  It is in the same family, Rosacea, as the real strawberry but is in a different genus, Fragaria.  It is edible but is not as sweet as the strawberry you find in the supermarket.  It can be used for a ground cover because of the many stolons it puts off.  The yellow flowers are very attractive.
