What is the name of this movie? Please help. Its driving me crazy!?

Question

Its about a guy(1) who befriends this other guy(2) who is more like a bully than a friend. The bully/friend gets him into a bunch of stuff (s*x, drugs, etc....) The guy(1) meets other friends and together they all contemplate killing the bully/friend/douche bag. I think they actually do kill him. I cant remember the name. I think it is something like scrummucker or scrubmucker, scubbucker....something like that or something. I really cant remember. Please help.
