Yeah, it's from Valley of End, but there's so many different themes like this that's not used like more than once so I think it might not have a name. Probably it's uploaded under many different names, so start searching at youtube or something.

Otherwise there are lot's of nice and more common Naruto themes like Sadness and Sorrow and Wind^^
