What is the name of this piece of fitness equipment?

This is really bugging me. I had one of these a while back and got rid of it, but would like to get it back again.

It was an arm trainer. A long tube like thing with a handle and you had to push and pull the tube in and out and it built strength in your arms. It was electronic (battery powered).

    This is available from ARGOS, and some other retail outlets.
