What is the name of this show?

I used to watch a scary type show I think it was of unbelievable stories. It was hosted by a creepy old man I think that he had sorta long hair about to his shoulders. And I think that the opening credits had eyeballs in it like flying around or something.

It almost sounds like The Twilight Zone, if it weren't for the guy with the long hair.  Rod Serling, the host, had very short, 1960's style hair.  But there were eyes floating around the credits, and he did have a very deep, distinctive voice.
