What is the name of this toy.?

Question

They come in all kinds of characters on top, often an animal, and when you push the button on the bottom the character on top collapses and when you let up on the button the character stands back up. Looks like the character is held together with strings at all the joints.

haven't thought of these in years.  i know what you're talking about, but can't think of a name.

now i'm got to start looking for one as i think my grandson will love it.
