What is the name of this turn?

I've seen this turn done in tons and tons of lyrical dancers, and I finally found a tutorial, but I can't hear and can't find what the actual name of the turn is.

A fouette returns to passe between turns. This turn, where the working leg is stationary, is reffered to as an a la seconde turn as the working leg remains in second position.

that is called a really really bad fouette turn and really bad pirouette turn
