What is the name of this woman?

I heard a story about a woman who shot her daughter's rapist and murderer in court and then handed the gun over to the judge. I think it was in Germany or something?

Does anybody know more about the story - when it happened and what the name of the woman was?

I have not been able to find anything on the web, however I applaud her, and hope her penalty is small in the circumstances.
